About the Champions Toolkit
As an Insights Explore Champion, you play a vital role in embedding the learning and sustaining behaviour change across your team.
The Champions Toolkit is designed to support you in embedding the Insights Explore learning back in the workplace. It gives you everything you need to run practical, engaging activities with your team that reinforce the language of colour energies and build stronger working relationships.

As the Insights Explore Champion, you don't need to be a trained facilitator β your role is to create a space where your team can connect, reflect, and grow together using the common language of Insights.
Tips for Success
- Read through the mission before you run it so you're familiar with the flow
- Use the suggested prompts and scripts as a guide β make them your own
- Encourage everyone to have their Insights Explore profile open during missions
- Use the colour energy language naturally β it makes concepts tangible
- Capture actions and check-in on progress at your next session
- Use the Mission Tracker to log which missions you've completed
Introducing the Missions to Your Team
Frame the missions as short, practical team conversations rather than training. Let the team know each mission takes around 15 minutes and is designed to be done together β in a huddle, at the start of a shift, or in a team meeting.
All eight group missions and both one-on-one conversations draw on the language of the four colour energies. Use this as a quick reference when facilitating.

Four 15-minute missions focused on communication, goal-setting, risk, and continuous improvement β helping your team perform at their best.

Then ask the +1 question: "Based on what we know, what should we do next?" Capture ideas and assign actions with a timescale to check in on progress.
One-on-one Conversations
Two structured conversation guides for meaningful manager-to-team-member conversations using the Insights Explore profile.
In this conversation, you'll check in on your team member's Insights Explore experience, explore self-perception, compare colour energies, and agree on actions for a more effective working relationship.
- Share how you are each doing today
- Provide any general feedback and experiences about the Explore profile, group missions, or eLearning to capture progress
- Ask any questions or request support
- What is the same? What is different?
- What examples of the similarity or difference can you describe from your interactions together?
- What impact has that had on your relationship?
In this conversation, you'll check in on the Explore experience, discuss communication styles, explore the value and challenges of the top colour energy informed by feedback, and share the biggest insights gained.

- Provide any general feedback and experiences about the Explore profile, group missions, or eLearning
- Ask any questions or request support
- Team member: Look at the value your top colour energy brings and share a recent example of when you used that strength
- Supervisor: Share examples you have seen and offer feedback related to the strength
- Team member: Read the weaknesses and highlight a time when that has shown up and what you did to overcome it β including any feedback or actions from group missions
- Supervisor: Share examples of when you have seen that weakness and explore together how to manage it
