Insights Discovery
Insights Discovery is a powerful self-awareness tool that is designed to help individuals better understand themselves and their communication styles. The Insights Discovery evaluator is an online questionnaire that asks participants a series of questions about their personal preferences, behaviors, and communication styles.
The Insights Discovery model is based on the work of Swiss psychologist Carl Jung and uses a color-coded system to represent four basic personality types: Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green, and Cool Blue. Each color represents a different set of personality traits and communication styles, and the Insights Discovery profile provides insights into how these traits and styles can impact communication and relationships with others.
Leadership Agility
Leadership Agility is a framework developed by Bill Joiner that focuses on the ability of leaders to navigate complex, rapidly changing environments. It is based on the idea that traditional leadership models are no longer sufficient to deal with the complexity and uncertainty of today's business world.
The Leadership Agility framework identifies three stages of leadership development: Expert, Achiever, and Catalyst. These stages represent progressively more complex levels of leadership agility, with each stage building on the previous one.
The Leadership Agility framework also includes a set of leadership practices that can help leaders develop their agility at each stage of development. By focusing on these practices, leaders can develop the agility they need to navigate complex, rapidly changing environments and drive success for their organizations.
